SADC10.ZIP *) Used FFG_DC_10_POH.PDF for reference data. Great info in this file. Get it from the FFG site. *) Calculated MGTOW rotation figure is 200 kIAS. I trimmed the elevator to +10, as per docs, as indicated on the SA panel. I then tried to rotate at 170 kIAS. This worked, and I rotated to a body attitude of 15°. The aircraft lifted off cleanly at about 180 kIAS. *) Take-off and landing runs are approximately as per docs. *) Hats off to Jack Ford for beautifull paint jobs!! *) The FFG visual model is a beaut! Very hi-tech! Slat and flap animations are smooth. PIC, First Officer & Flight Engineer are visible in the cockpit. This all takes its' toll on frame rates, of course. I was getting about 12fps in spot view. *) Very stable in the air, but watch out on the ground. I found that I needed to have a very slow taxi speed for turns... less than 5 knots.
